Please be advised that the Intellectual Property Office of Taiwan and our office will be closed for the extended weekend from April 01 to 04, 2017 which includes Children's Day and Tomb Sweeping Day. Any deadline that falls during the period will be automatically extended to the next working day, April 05, 2017.

Under the local provisions, the deadline for a patent or trademark prosecution matter, e.g., an international priority claim, a response to an Office Action or a petition for renewal that falls on the holidays will be automatically extended to the next working day. We will handle such matters the next working day on an urgent basis. If you should have any project requiring special attention around then, please try to accelerate its dispatch to us in advance.

Usually, no personnel will be in the office during the holidays. However, should the need arise please notify us in advance so that we may arrange the personnel to attend to such matters.
