《利雅德外觀設計法條約》 (Designs Law Treaty, DLT) 是世界智慧財產權組織
(World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO) 協調將近20年後通過的條約，其藉由標準化的設計專利註冊方式簡化申請程序，讓設計者能以更簡單、快速、無經濟壓力的方式取得全球性的專利保護。
　　印度日前已簽署DLT以加強其智慧財產權生態圈和促進經濟成長，尤其是保護中小企業、新創公司和獨立設計者的創新作品。
