In order to collect the opinions and suggestions of applicants and agents about the quality and efficiency of patent examination in 2018, the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) will issue an anonymous questionnaire via email or conduct a telephone survey from late May 2019. In consideration of the objectiveness of the survey as well as to protect the confidentiality of the respondents, the survey will be conducted by a polling company. The TIPO invites applicants and agents to participate in the survey, so as to enhance the quality of patent examination.
