巴西專利局2025年最新PPH受理狀況

巴西專利局於2025年受理PPH請求的件數大幅增加，僅於2025年的前十天便受理79件PPH請求，較2024年同期增加9.7%；巴西專利局於2025年1月15日再度更新請求數據為149件PPH請求，較2024年同期增加41.9%。
巴西專利局目前有每季800件PPH請求的限額，2025年全年的限額為3,200件。須注意的是，每季均會針對符合可提出PPH請求的IPC分類案件予以更新；且2025年第一季將不受理IPC分類為H04（電力通訊技術）專利申請案的PPH請求。此外，巴西專利局也於2025年1月1日加入全球專利審查高速公路審查計畫 (Global Patent Prosecution Highway, GPPH) 的行列。
