Please be advised that the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office and our office will be closed for New Year’s Day and the Chinese New Year Festivities. The following changes to working days will occur:
1. December 31, 2022 to January 02, 2023 for New Year’s Day
Any deadline that falls during this period, including the weekend, will be automatically extended to the next working day, January 03, 2023.
2. Saturday, January 07, 2023 has been designated by the government as a working day. Any deadline that falls on January 07, 2023 will NOT be extendable unless otherwise provided by law.
3. January 20 to 29, 2023 for the Chinese New Year Festivities
Any deadline that falls during this period, including the weekend, will be automatically extended to the next working day, January 30, 2023.
4. Saturday, February 04, 2023 has been designated by the government as a working day. Any deadline that falls on February 04, 2023 will NOT be extendable unless otherwise provided by law.
Usually, no personnel will be in the office on the holidays. However, should the need arise please notify us in advance so that we may arrange the personnel to attend to such matters. Thank you.
