The revised Standards for Identifying Small and Medium-sized Enterprises took effect on June 26, 2020
The Ministry of Economic Affairs revised the "Standards for Identifying Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises." Starting from June 26, 2020, any registered company or business that meets the legal requirements of having a paid-in capital of less than NT$100 million or having less than 200 regular employees can request a reduction of patent annuities from the Taiwan IPO.
