土庫曼總統於2024年7月13日簽署法案，確認該國加入歐亞設計專利協議 (Protocol to the Eurasian Patent Convention on the Protection of Industrial Designs)。歐亞專利局於2019年通過設計專利保護之協定，土庫曼加入後，歐亞專利聯盟 (EAPO) 所有會員國都已加入歐亞設計專利協議，為此，EAPO就能加入海牙協定之日內瓦文本。
